DRIFT x UITKIJK: Film en Filosofie
Film en Filosofie is terug! In samenwerking met Filmtheater De Uitkijk organiseert Wijsgerig Festival DRIFT een serie van vier filmavonden. Iedere maandagavond zal een film worden vertoond die aansluit bij het thema ‘Muze, vertel mij’. Deze woorden, waarmee de Odyssee begint, staan voor de manier waarop verhalen onze ervaring bemiddelen. De Odyssee kunnen we zien als het begin van een lange verteltraditie waarin verhalen telkens opnieuw zijn verteld, herschreven en begrepen. Wij gaan op onderzoek welke invloed verhalen hebben op onszelf, onze waarneming van de wereld en de maatschappij. Alle vier de films vormen een verhaal op zich en vier verschillende gastsprekers zullen de films introduceren en verbinden aan het thema.
